摘要
目的对午香草和同属植物萌条香青进行民族药用历史考证,为午香草的进一步研究及资源拓展提供参考,同时探索两者的生药学鉴定方法。方法通过对文献资料整合梳理,对午香草和萌条香青的名称、基源、产地、功能主治、民族药用等情况进行考证及对比分析研究;同时,应用体式显微镜和光学显微镜等仪器设备及数码成像技术手段,从整体、不同部位的性状与细节特征,以及横切面和粉末的显微特征,对午香草和常见混用品萌条香青进行比较鉴别和数字化表征。结果二者功效相似但存在差异;午香草与萌条香青性状和显微特征存在明显差异。结论本次研究对比考证了午香草与萌条香青的药用历史,为民族药材的资源扩展提供研究资料,同时归纳了二者的生药学鉴定特征,可为午香草的监督检验、临床使用提供鉴定依据。
OBJECTIVE To provide reference for further research and resource development through the ethnic medicinal history research of Anaphalis Herba and its adulterant Anaphalis Surculosa Herba and explore the pharmacognosic identification method of the two Anaphalis Herbas.METHODS Through the integration and sorting of herbal medicine works and literature materials,the name,original species,origins,efficacy and so on of P.scandens were studied.Using stereo microscopy and optical microscopy,in-depth study on the macroscopic and microscopic identification methods were performed for Anaphalis Herba and its adulterant Anaphalis Surculosa Herba from the macroscopic identification characteristics,including the overall character,local characteristics and the microscopic identification characteristics,including the transverse section and the powder.Then the identification characters were summarized and digitized.RESULTS According to the records,the effects of Anaphalis Herba and Anaphalis Surculosa Herba are mostly the same,but a few are different.There were significant differences in the the macroscopic and the microscopic identification characteristics of Anaphalis Herba and Anaphalis Surculosa Herba.CONCLUSION The medicinal history of Anaphalis Herba and Anaphalis Surculosa Herba is compared and verified,providing research materials for the resource expansion of ethnic medicinal materials.This study summarizes the exclusive and practical features in pharmacognosic identification of Anaphalis Herba and Anaphalis Surculosa Herba,providing a useful reference for supervision the clinical medication,inspection,and standard drafting.
