摘要
文章基于2005~2015年中国工业企业数据库和中国海关贸易数据库匹配数据,构建双重差分模型检验了“中欧班列”开通对企业出口国内附加值率的影响。研究发现:“中欧班列”开通使得所在城市企业出口国内附加值率显著提高了约2%,且该结论通过了平行趋势检验、安慰剂检验、内生性检验以及其他稳健性检验;“中欧班列”开通主要通过运输时间节约效应、行业内扩散效应以及产品市场地方保护的削弱效应提高了企业出口国内附加值率;“中欧班列”开通对周边100千米范围内城市企业出口国内附加值率提升具有显著的抑制效应,并对向欧洲市场出口、非国有以及低劳动密集型企业出口国内附加值率的提升作用更大。
Based on the matching data of Chinese industrial enterprises database and China customs trade database from 2005 to 2015,this paper constructs a DID model to examine the impact of China-Europe Railway Express on export domestic value-added rate(DVAR)of the enterprises.The research shows that:China-Europe Railway Express has significantly increased export DVAR of the enterprises in their cities by about 2%and this conclusion passes the parallel trend test,placebo test,endogenous test and other robustness tests;China-Europe Railway Express improves export DVAR of the enterprises mainly through the transportation time saving effect,the intra-industry diffusion effect and the weakening effect of local protection of product market;China-Europe Railway Express has a significant inhibition effect on the increase of export DVAR of the enterprises in the cities within 100 kilometers around and has a greater effect on the increase of export DVAR of the enterprises exporting to the European market,the non-state-owned enterprises and the low-labor-intensive enterprises.
