摘要
为筛选出辽宁地区胡桃楸最优种源,该研究对5个胡桃楸种源采种沙藏处理后播种育苗,测定不同种源苗期生长和生理指标。结果表明:湾甸子种源胡桃楸幼苗表现较优,叶片大,地径粗壮,生长较茂盛,生长及生理指标均优于辽东地区其他4个种源,在后期优质苗木繁育及良种选育时,可优先选择清原县湾甸子种源胡桃楸。
In order to select the best provenance of Juglans mandshurica in Liaoning Province,the seedlings were sown and raised from 5 J.mandshurica provenances after being harvested and treated in the sand,and the growth indexes of different provenances were determined at the seedling stage.The results showed that the WDZ provenance seedlings performed better,with larger leaves,thicker ground diameter,and more vigorous growth.The growth conditions and physiological indicators were better than those of the other four provenances in eastern Liaoning Province.In the selection and breeding of high-quality varieties,the provenance fromWandianzi in Qingyuan County can be preferably selected.
