摘要
服务业是促进城市经济效率提升的关键产业支撑。文章以中国116个大城市为研究样本,基于松弛的超效率SBM模型测定了样本城市的经济效率,同时运用差分和系统广义矩估计模型分别实证检验了服务业规模、服务业结构和服务业集聚对样本一线、二线、三线和四线城市经济效率的影响。研究表明:城市经济效率的变动既呈现上升趋势,也呈现下降趋势,但波动上升的城市相对较多。服务业规模增大普遍促进了各线样本城市经济效率的提升;生产性服务业占比增加普遍促进了各线样本城市经济效率的提升;消费性服务业占比增加对各线样本城市的经济效率既有积极作用,也有消极作用;公共性服务业占比增加仅对四线城市的经济效率表现出了微弱的促进作用;服务业集聚水平提升普遍促进了各线大城市经济效率的改善,并根据实证结果提出了相关对策建议。
The service industry is the important industrial support for improving the efficiency of urban economy.116 big cities in China selected as the research samples,this paper measures their economic efficiency based on the SUPER-SBM model,and empirically tests the influence of the service industry scale,structure and concentration mechanism on the economic efficiency of the first-tier cities,the second-tier cities,the third-tier cities and the fourth-tier cities with the DIFF-GMM and SYS-GMM models.It shows that the changes of the economic efficiency in China s big cities appear both an upward trend and a downward trend,but most cities appear fluctuating upward trend.The scale of the service industry generally promotes the improvement of the economic efficiency in various tier-cities;the increase of the proportion of producer services also generally promotes the improvement of the economic efficiency in various tier-cities;the increase of the proportion of consumption service industry has both a promoting effect and an inhibiting effect on various tier-cities;the increase of the proportion of public service industry shows a weak promoting effect on the economic efficiency only in the fourth-tier cities;while the improvement of the service industry concentration level generally promotes the improvement of the economic efficiency in various tier-cities.Then some countermeasures and suggestions are puts forward in the paper.
