摘要 选用合适的焊接工艺参数和焊接顺序对TP304/Q235不锈钢复合板进行焊接试验,研究了复合板焊接接头的显微组织、显微硬度、合金元素分布和拉伸性能。结果表明:焊接接头基层焊缝和复层焊缝显微组织分别为铁素体+珠光体+少量碳化物和奥氏体+铁素体,在焊接影响区出现了魏氏组织。基层侧热影响区硬度值略高于基层Q235母材,在熔合线附近峰值达到435 HV左右,基层侧焊缝金属的硬度值明显高于母材。Cr、Ni元素含量在热影响区内变化较小,但在熔合线两侧浓度梯度变化较大,Cr元素较Ni元素变化明显。焊接接头抗拉强度为485MPa,高于Q235低于TP304母材,拉伸断裂位置为母材位置;拉伸断口形貌在复层和基层位置以韧窝状为主,在过渡层位置断口形貌为解理台阶(河流状解理花样),表现出了韧性断裂的特征。因此,在研究的试验条件下,一定程度上得到了性能优越的焊接接头,为不锈钢复合板在压力容器和管道等领域的应用提供了实验基础及理论依据,具有重要的研究意义。 The welding test of TP304/Q235 stainless steel clad plate was carried out by selecting appropriate welding process parameters and welding sequence.The microstructure,microhardness,alloy element distribution and tensile properties of the welded joint of the clad plate were studied.The results showed that the microstructure of the basic weld and the laminated weld were ferrite+pearlite+a small amount of carbide and austenite+ferrite,respectively,and the Widmanstein structure appeared in the welding affected zone.The hardness value of the heat-affected zone at the base side was slightly higher than that of the base Q235 base metal,and the peak value reaches about 435 HV near the fusion line.The hardness value of the weld metal at the base side was significantly higher than that of the base metal.The content of Cr and Ni changed slightly in the heat-affected zone,but the concentration gradient changed greatly on both sides of the fusion line,and the change of Cr was more obvious than that of Ni.The tensile strength of welded joint was 485 MPa,higher than Q235 and lower than TP304 base metal,and the tensile fracture position was the base metal position;The tensile fracture morphology was mainly dimpled at the composite layer and base layer,and the fracture morphology at the transition layer was cleavage step(fluvial cleavage pattern),showing the characteristics of ductile fracture.Therefore,under the test conditions of this study,the welded joints with superior performance had been obtained to some extent,which provided the experimental basis and theoretical basis for the application of stainless steel composite plates in the fields of pressure vessels and pipelines,and had important research significance.
