维生素D辅助治疗对癫痫共患注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿认知功能与血清炎性因子水平的影响 被引量:2

Effects of vitamin D supplementation on cognitive function and serum inflammatory factor levels in children with epilepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

摘要 目的探究维生素D辅助治疗对癫痫共患注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿认知功能、血清白介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)及白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平的影响。方法选取陕西宝鸡高新医院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的癫痫共患注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿82例,随机分为对照组(41例,常规治疗)、研究组(41例,常规治疗+维生素D补充治疗),比较两组患儿临床疗效,认知功能[简易精神状态检测量表(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)、韦氏儿童智力量表第四版(Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Ⅳ,WISC-Ⅳ)],IL-1β与IL-6水平,并统计不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组MMSE评分与WISC-Ⅳ评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血清IL-1β与IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维生素D辅助治疗有利于改善癫痫共患注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿认知功能,降低血清IL-1β与IL-6水平,促进临床症状缓解。 Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin D supplementation on cognitive function,serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)level effects in children with epilepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 82 children with epilepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder who were admitted to Baoji High-tech Hospital in Shaanxi from June 2020 to June 2022 were included and randomly divided into control group(41 cases,routine treatment)and study group(41 cases,conventional treatment+vitamin D supplementation treatment).The clinical efficacy,cognitive function[Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Ⅳ(WISC-Ⅳ)],IL-1βand IL-6 levels in the two groups of children were compared,and the adverse reactions were counted.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the MMSE score and WISC-IV score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum IL-1βand IL-6 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D adjuvant therapy is beneficial to improve cognitive function of children with epilepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and reduce serum IL-1βand IL-6 levels to promote clinical symptom relief.
