摘要
当前,我国老年慢病管理已取得阶段性成效,但仍存在老年慢病优质资源失衡、基层医务人员积极性不高、医保医药局限及信息化规范程度较低等问题。对此,从三医联动视角,提出老年慢病管理的对策:医疗多方协同,坚实优质老年慢病服务基础;医保延伸保障范围,探索医保规范化管理;医药扩大目录,畅通老年慢病药物供应链;普及数字化应用,提高老年慢病管理信息化水平。
At present,chronic disease services for the elderly have achieved initial results.However,there were many problems,such as imbalance of quality resources,unreasonable performance appraisal mechanism,limited medical insurance and medicine,and insufficient information.From the perspective of"three medical linkage",it is suggested to improve the service quality and efficiency of chronic diseases in the elderly,explore the integrated service of medical care and health care through supply-side optimization,and take corresponding measures,such as the training of chronic patients in the elderly,the improvement of performance appraisal mechanism,the emphasis on the integration of physical and medical care,the extension of chronic disease and medical catalogs in medical insurance,and medical service informatization.
