摘要
目的 探讨DEP结构域蛋白质1B(DEPDC1B)、Nin-one结合蛋白(NOB1)水平变化与三阴性乳腺癌(triple negative breast cancer, TNBC)患者相关病理学参数的关系及临床意义。方法 选取行乳腺癌根治术的81例TNBC患者设为观察组,选取同期因乳腺良性疾病行手术治疗的21例患者设为对照组。随访1年后(失访6例)根据预后情况分为预后良好者57例(生存)、预后不良者18例(病死、病情恶化或复发)。比较TNBC组织、癌旁组织、良性病变组织中DEPDC1B、NOB1表达量。分别比较不同病理学参数、不同预后患者癌组织中DEPDC1B、NOB1表达量。分析DEPDC1B、NOB1表达量与病理学参数、预后相关性。结果 TNBC组织、良性病变组织中DEPDC1B、NOB1表达量高于癌旁组织,且TNBC组织高于良性病变组织(P<0.05);预后不良者中DEPDC1B、NOB1表达量高于预后良好者(P<0.05);DEPDC1B、NOB1表达量与淋巴结转移、临床分期、脉管瘤栓呈正相关,与分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05);DEPDC1B、NOB1高表达者总生存率(66.67%、65.79%)分别低于其相应低表达者86.11%、86.49%(P<0.05)。结论 DEPDC1B、NOB1在TNBC组织中呈高表达,且与临床病理学参数相关,可能用于预后评估。
Objective To investigate the relationship between changes in the levels of DEP structural domain protein 1B(DEPDC1B)and Nine-one binding protein(NOB1)and related pathological parameters in patients with triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)and their clinical significance.Methods Eighty-one patients with TNBC who underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer in our hospital were selected as the study group,and 21 patients who underwent surgery for benign breast diseases in the same period were selected as the control group.After 1 year of follow-up(6 cases lost),the patients in the observation group were classified according to their prognosis into 57 cases with a good prognosis(survival)and 18 cases with a poor prognosis(death,deterioration or recurrence).The expressions of DEPDC1B and NOB1 in TNBC tissues,paraneoplastic tissues and benign lesion tissues were compared and detected.The expressions of DEPDC1B and NOB1 in cancer tissues of patients with different pathological parameters and different prognosis were compared respectively.We analyzed the correlation of DEPDC1B and NOB1 expressions with pathological parameters and prognosis.Results The expressions of DEPDC1B and NOB1 were higher in TNBC tissues and benign lesions than those in paraneoplastic tissues,and higher in TNBC tissues than in benign lesions(P<0.05);The expressions of DEPDC1B and NOB1 were higher in patients with poor prognosis than in those with good prognosis(P<0.05);DEPDC1B and NOB1 expressions were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and vascular aneurysm thrombus,and negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05);The overall survival rates of those with high DEPDC1B and NOB1 expressions(66.67%and 65.79%)were lower than those of their corresponding low expressions(86.11%and 86.49%),respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion DEPDC1B and NOB1 are highly expressed in TNBC tissues and correlated with clinicopathological parameters,which may be applied in prognostic assessment.
