摘要
目的分析综合性护理在门诊清创缝合术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院门诊收治的100例清创缝合术患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合性护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理后收缩压、舒张压、心率均比对照组优(P<0.05);观察组护理后疼痛程度明显比对照组轻(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均明显比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理后社会功能、角色功能、躯体功能、认知功能评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理纠纷事件发生率比对照组低,护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门诊清创缝合术患者应用综合性护理可减轻患者心理应激反应及疼痛,有助于改善患者负面情绪和生活质量,减少护理纠纷事件的发生,提升患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in outpatient debridement and suture.Methods A total of 100 cases of debridement and suture patients admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,each group of 50 cases,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group received comprehensive nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group after nursing were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of pain after nursing in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of social function,role function,physical function and cognitive function after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in outpatient debridement and suture patients can reduce the psychological stress reaction and pain of patients,help to improve patients'negative emotions and quality of life,reduce nursing disputes,improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
