摘要
对大学生体育失范行为的心理进行考察,旨在使学生养成良好体育行为习惯。对普通高等院校本科生和体育教师开放性问卷调查资料进行质性分析,在体育行为认知决策理论基础上,构建了体育失范行为的心理对抗与行为选择机制模型。主要结论:(1)体育行为动机、体育规范行为态度和遵守规范自我效能决定个体的体育失范行为意向,体育失范行为意向产生体育失范行为;(2)在决定体育失范行为意向的心理过程存在内部动机和外部动机的对抗,内部动机有利于产生遵守规范意向,外部动机容易引发违反规范意向;(3)在决定体育失范行为意向的心理过程中,存在认为遵守体育规范有利和不利、违反体育规范有利和不利2种体育规范行为态度的对抗,遵守不利和失范有利的态度容易产生违反规范意向,遵守有利和失范不利的态度有利于产生遵守规范意向。
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the psychological mechanism of college students’sports anomie behavior in order to help students form good sports behavior habits.A qualitative analysis is made on the open questionnaire survey data of undergraduates and PE teachers.Based on the cognitive decision-making theory of sports behavior,the mechanism model of psychological confrontation and behavior choice of sports anomie behavior is constructed.Main conclusion:(1)Sports behavior motivation,sports normative behavior attitude and self-efficacy determine individuals’sports anomie behavior intention,and sports anomie behavior intention produces sports misbehavior.(2)There is a confrontation between internal motivation and external motivation in the psychological process of determining the intention of sports anomie behavior.Internal motivation is conducive to generating the intention to abide by the norms,while external motivation is easy to lead to the intention to violate the norms.(3)In the psychological process of determining the intention of sport anomie behavior,there is a confrontation between two attitudes of sport normative behavior,which are considered favorable and unfavorable to comply with sport norms,and favorable and unfavorable to violate sport norms,with the unfavorable and unfavorable attitudes of compliance favorable to produce normative violation intention and the favorable and unfavorable attitudes of compliance favorable to produce normative intention.
