摘要
目的:探讨十字型引流管在乳腺癌保乳手术后预防术区脂肪液化中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年7月在赣州市肿瘤医院接受保乳手术治疗的60例乳腺癌患者,按照随机数字表法将其分成观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组给予普通硅胶引流管,观察组给予十字型引流管。比较两组切口愈合情况、脂肪液化发生率、临床相关指标、引流管相关不良事件及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组与对照组相比甲级愈合率更高,乙级愈合率更低(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比脂肪液化发生率更低(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比术后引流量更少,置管时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均更短(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比引流管不良事件发生率、并发症发生率均更低(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌保乳手术后应用十字型引流管,能够促使患者切口愈合,预防术区脂肪液化,改善临床相关指标,降低引流管不良事件发生率及并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of cross drainage tube in preventing fat liquefaction in the operation area after breast cancer breast conserving operation.Method:A total of 60 patients with breast cancer who underwent breast conserving operation in Ganzhou Tumor Hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected,according to the random number table,they were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group was given ordinary silica gel drainage tube and the observation group was given cross drainage tube.The wound healing,fat liquefaction incidence,clinical related indicators,the incidence of drainage tube related adverse events and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the healing rate of grade A in the observation group was higher,and healing rate of grade B was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of fat liquefaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the postoperative drainage volume in the observation group was less,and the catheterization time,incision healing time and hospitalization time were shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of drainage tube related adverse events and complications in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cross drainage tube after breast conserving operation for breast cancer can promote the wound healing of patients,prevent fat liquefaction in the operation area,improve clinical relevant indicators,and reduce the incidence of drainage tube related adverse events and complications.
