基于自适应权重FAHP的电能表运行状态评价 被引量:13

Research on operation status evaluation of electricity meter based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process with weight self-adaption

摘要 智能电能表作为电能计量装置的核心设备,其运行状态直接影响着电能计量的准确性和公平性,因此对电能表运行状态进行准确评价至关重要。针对现有电能表状态评价方式存在的问题,提出了一种新型电能表运行状态评价方法。以电能表现场试验、基本信息和运行监测指标为基础建立了运行状态评价体系;针对评价体系指标众多,各项指标重要性横向比较困难、缺乏客观性的问题,建立了基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)的运行状态评价模型;考虑到异常状态值的淹没问题,提出了通过权重自适应调整对运行状态评价模型的改进,动态反映各个指标对电能表的影响。算例分析证明了FAHP可得到合理的评价权重系数,权重自适应调整算法避免了单个子指标异常越限的淹没,评价结果更加准确、合理。 As the core equipment of electric energy metering device,the operation status of smart meter directly affects the accuracy and fairness of electric energy metering.Therefore,it is essential to accurately evaluate the operation status of smart meter.Aiming at the problems existing in the current state evaluation method,a novel evaluation method of operation status for electricity meter is proposed.On the basis of performance field test,basic information and operation monitoring information of smart meter,the evaluation system of operation status is established.Considering that there are many indicators in the evaluation system,the importance of each index is difficult and lack of objectivity,the evaluation model of operation status based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)is established.To solve the problem of flooding the abnormal state value,an improved evaluation model based on weight adaptive adjustment is proposed.The case study proves that the FAHP can obtain the reasonable operation status evaluation weight coefficient by calculation.And the weight adaptive adjustment algorithm avoids the flooding of the single sub-indicator abnormality and the evaluation result is more accurate and reasonable.
