摘要
四君子汤作为中国传统经典名方之一,自宋代以来被各大医家运用于临床。本文通过对四君子汤有效化学及防治消化系统疾病效应机制文献进行查阅及梳理,目前其有效化学成分来自于人参及甘草中的皂苷类及黄酮类,且对于胃肠黏膜损伤疾病、消化性系统恶性肿瘤、功能性胃肠病、非酒精性脂肪肝、急性肝损伤及肝衰竭等消化系统疾病显示出了多途径、多靶点的效应机制。本文对四君子汤有效化学成分及研究以及防治消化系统疾病相关机制进行综述,为四君子汤后续研究提供有价值性的线索。
Sijunzi Decoction,as one of the classic Chinese traditional prescriptions,has been used clinically by major phy⁃sicians since the Song Dynasty.This article reviewed and sorted out the literature on the effective chemistry of Sijunzi Decoction and the mechanism of its prevention and treatment of digestive system diseases.At present,its effective chemical components are derived from the saponins and flavonoids in ginseng and licorice,and are effective for gastrointestinal mucosal injury diseases and malignant digestive system.Digestive system diseases such as tumors,functional gastrointestinal diseases,non⁃alcoholic fatty liv⁃er,acute liver injury,and liver failure show a multi⁃path,multi⁃target effect mechanism.This article reviews the effective chemi⁃cal components and research of Sijunzi Decoction and the related mechanisms of prevention and treatment of digestive system dis⁃eases,and provides valuable clues for the follow⁃up research of Sijunzi Decoction.
