摘要
为了获取高速动车组瞬态过电压信号,设计开发了一种基于高速数据采集卡的动车组瞬态过电压智能监测系统。该系统软件采用绝对值上升沿触发方式的中间触发关键技术,分别利用移位寄存器及数组模块先“拼接”再“截取”过电压数据,极大地提高了触发可靠性以及数据完整性。基于动车组电压互感器构建实验平台对系统进行了浪涌冲击测试及现车测试,实验结果表明,该装置能够监测多种类型过电压波形,正负极性触发及触发时长均可靠,长时间实际挂车测试表明,该系统能够在动车上长期稳定运行,满足瞬态过电压智能监测需求,可为高速动车组发生过电压事故原因分析提供有效的数据支撑,为过电压模式识别等工作的开展打下数据基础。
In order to obtain the transient overvoltage signal of high⁃speed EMU,an intelligent monitoring system for transient overvoltage of EMU based on high⁃speed data acquisition card is designed and developed.The system software adopts the key technology of intermediate trigger of the absolute value rising edge trigger mode,and uses shift register and array module respectively to"splicing"and then"intercepting"overvoltage data,which greatly improves the trigger reliability and data integrity.Based on the EMU voltage transformer,the system has been tested for surge impulse test and current vehicle test.The test results show that the device can monitor various types of overvoltage waveforms,both positive and negative polarity trigger and trigger duration are reliable.The long⁃term actual trailer test shows that the system can run stably on the motor car for a long time,meet the needs of intelligent transient overvoltage monitoring,provide effective data support for the analysis of the cause of overvoltage accidents in high⁃speed EMU,and lay a data foundation for the development of overvoltage pattern recognition.
