摘要
企业计量管理工作的合规性和有效性一直以来都是质量管理体系中审核的重点项。计量管理过程失控会直接影响企业加工、试验设备量值的准确性,最终会导致企业产品质量下降,从而失去市场竞争力。本文对测量设备计量管理过程中的精度信息、送检方式、流程控制、分类标识等四个方面进行了探讨。旨在通过规范化整个测量设备的计量管理流程,结合信息化工具的优势,为企业产品的质量提供基础保障。
The compliance and effectiveness of metrology measurement management work in enterprises has always been a key item in quality management system.The out-of-control measurement management process will directly affect the accuracy of the metrology's processing and testing equipment,and will eventually lead to a decline in the quality of products,thereby losing market competitiveness.This paper discusses the four aspects of precision information,inspection delivery method,process control,classification and identification in the measurement management process of measuring equipment.It aims to provide a basic guarantee for the quality of products by standardizing the measurement management process of the entire measuring equipment and combining the advantages of information tools.
