摘要
目的分析全面护理在老年糖尿病肾病患者静脉留置针输液治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2019年4月至2021年4月来我院开展静脉留置针输液治疗的86例老年糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,根据奇偶数法将其分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予全面护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,研究组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病肾病患者静脉留置针输液治疗期间应用全面护理的效果良好,有利于减轻患者心理应激状态,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of venous indwelling needle infusion in elderly patients with diabetic kidney disease.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with diabetic kidney disease who underwent venous indwelling needle infusion in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the odd-even number method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of substance P(SP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of venous indwelling needle infusion in elderly patients with diabetic kidney disease,comprehensive nursing has a good effect,which is conducive to reducing the psychological stress state of patients and reducing the incidence of complications.
