摘要
目的:探究益气温阳通窍汤结合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年9月—2021年9月我院收治的80例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予氯雷他定片治疗,观察组给予益气温阳通窍汤结合氯雷他定治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、疾病症状评分、生活质量、炎症因子水平、生理应激反应等情况。结果:观察组舒张压、收缩压、心率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组血清PCT、IL-18、IL-6、hs-CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组社会、环境、躯体和心理等生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用益气温阳通窍汤结合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,能够改善患者的生理应激反应、炎症因子水平,缓解临床症状,提升生活质量,且不良反应低,应用安全性高。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Wenyang Tongqiao Decoction combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with loratadine tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang Tongqiao Decoction combined with loratadine.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,disease symptom scores,quality of life,levels of inflammatory factors,and physiological stress responses were compared between the two groups.Results:The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of PCT,IL-18,IL-6,hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of social,environmental,physical and psychological quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Yiqi Wenyang Tongqiao Decoction combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has significant effect,which can improve the patients’physiological stress response,the level of inflammatory factors,relieve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and has low adverse reactions and high application safety.
