摘要
目的 探讨右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的效果及对患儿不良反应发生率的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的50例缺铁性贫血患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组与研究组,每组各25例。参照组患儿给予小儿复方四维亚铁散治疗,研究组患儿给予右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗。比较两组患儿连续治疗1个月后的临床效果、治疗前后血清铁蛋白(SF)、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)以及不良反应总发生率。结果 治疗1个月后,研究组患儿的临床治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组患儿的SF、Hb、MCV水平与参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,两组患儿的SF、Hb、MCV水平高于治疗前,且研究组患儿的SF、Hb、MCV水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿缺铁性贫血的临床治疗中,以右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗能够显著改善贫血症状,改善各项指标,提高临床疗效,且不良反应较少,药物治疗安全性较高,应用价值显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of Iron Dextran Oral Solution on the treatment of children's iron deficiency anemia and its influence on the incidence of adverse reactions.Methods Fifty children with iron deficiency anemia admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.Random number table method was used to divide them into a reference group and a research group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Children's Compound Four-Dimensional Ferrous Powder,and the study group was treated with Iron Dextran Oral Solution.The clinical effects,serum ferritin(SF),hemoglobin(Hb),mean red blood cell volume(MCV)and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after continuous treatment for 1 month.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SF,Hb and MCV levels between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the SF,Hb and MCV levels in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the SF,Hb and MCV levels in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pediatric iron deficiency anemia,Iron Dextran Oral Solution can significantly improve the symptoms of anemia,improve the indicators,improve the clinical efficacy,and fewer adverse reactions,drug treatment of higher safety,the application value is remarkable.
