摘要
论文基于牛顿环条纹图像结构特征,引入统计分析策略构建一种牛顿环条纹图像几何参数的自动视觉检测方法。根据条纹上任意点的梯度方向均指向圆环条纹圆心这一思想,使用邻域梯度方向算法获得圆心坐标;采用极坐标变换将圆形条纹变换为直条纹,借助灰度方向投影获得各级条纹半径。结果表明所提方法能够同时检测出圆心坐标与各级明和暗条纹半径,并能实现亚像素检测精度;计算过程无需对原始图像进行平滑滤波、阈值分割等预处理操作,方法自动化程度高、抗噪声能力强。
Based on the structure characteristics of Newton’s ring fringe image,the paper introduces the statistical analysis strategies and develops an automatic vision detection method of geometric parameters in Newton’s ring fringe.According to the idea that the gradient direction of any point in the fringe always points towards the center,the center coordinate is obtained by using the local gradient direction algorithm.Furthermore,with the polar coordinate transform method the circular fringes are transformed into the straight fringes,and with the help of gray directional projection one can obtain the radius of all level fringes.The results show that the proposed method can simultaneously detect the center coordinate and radius of each bright and dark fringes with the sub-pixel detection accuracy.In addition,the proposed method does not need preprocessing operations such as smoothing filtering and threshold segmentation,and holds high automation and good noise immunity.
