摘要
为了解决大规模分布式光伏并网导致的电压越限问题,提出一种含高渗透率分布式光伏配电网的网络分区与电压协调控制方法。首先根据改进的模块度函数分区算法将配电网划分为若干分区。再以光伏有功削减量、节点电压偏差和网损之和最小为目标构建各分区子优化控制模型。然后,根据区内信息采集和区间信息交互,采用同步交替方向乘子法协调求解各分区的子模型,经过多次迭代后将最优解输出,实现各分区并行控制。最后,将分区方法和电压控制策略应用于贵州省某地实际馈线系统,得到了良好的效果,在保证配电网经济运行的同时提高电压质量,减少功率倒送。
For solving the voltage violation problem caused by the integration of large-scale distributed PV into the distribution network,this paper proposes a network partition and voltage coordination control method for distributed PV distribution networks with high penetration rate.Firstly,the distribution network is divided into several partitions according to the improved modularity function partitioning algorithm.Secondly,the optimal control model of each sub-region is constructed with the goal of minimizing the sum of PV active power reduction,node voltage deviation and network loss.Thirdly,according to the information collection in the area and the information exchange in the interval,the synchronous alternating direction multiplier method is used to coordinately solve the sub-models of each partition.After several iterations,the optimal solution is output to realize the parallel control of each sub-partition.Finally,the zoning method and voltage control strategy are applied to the actual feeder system in a certain place in Guizhou,and good results are obtained,which can improve the voltage quality and reduce the power reversal while ensuring the economical operation of the distribution network.
