摘要
目的:观察抗纤汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗类风湿关节炎合并肺间质病变(RA-ILD)气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将60例RA-ILD气虚血瘀证患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组患者采用醋酸泼尼松片口服治疗,治疗组采用抗纤汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗,两组疗程均为3个月,观察并记录两组治疗前后的临床症状及体征评分、肺功能、血气分析指标及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者干咳、进行性呼吸困难、Velcro啰音评分及肺功能指标、动脉血氧分压(PaO 2)均改善(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者干咳、进行性呼吸困难、Velcro啰音评分及肺功能指标、PaO 2水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗纤汤联合醋酸泼尼松片治疗RA-ILD可改善患者临床症状和体征,提高肺功能,改善血气指标,安全性好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kangxian decoction combined with prednisone acetate tablet in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis combined with lung interstitial disease(RA-ILD)of Qixu Xueyu syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with RA-ILD Qixu Xueyu syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Kangxian decoction combined with prednisone acetate tablets.The treatment course of both groups was three months.The clinical signs and symptoms scores,lung function,blood gas analysis indexes and clinical effect of both groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results:Compared with before treatment,dry cough,progressive dyspnea,Velcro rales score,lung function index and PaO 2 were improved in two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,dry cough,progressive dyspnea,Velcro rales score,lung function index and PaO 2 level in treatment group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangxian decoction combined with prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of RA-ILD can improve the clinical symptoms,lung function and blood gas indexes,with good safety.
