摘要
现代化的本质是人的现代化。本文对照党的二十大关于中国式现代化的要求,从中国人口规模、共同富裕与高质量发展三个维度,利用近三次全国人口普查数据,研究中国式现代化特别是人的现代化的实现途径。在高质量发展与共同富裕目标导向下,应从生产、分配、生活三个维度,综合考察人口与生产要素组合方式以及不同城市人口规模的综合福利效应。未来数字经济时代,生产组织方式扁平化、分散化,人口可以更多地聚集在县城等中小城市。本研究展现了数字经济时代,通过改进生产要素与公共服务配置引导人口优化地区分布的思路,揭示了从生产端优化生产要素组合推动高质量发展实现共同富裕,以及提高人民生活品质的中国式现代化的实现路径。
Modernization,in essence,is the modernization of people.According to the requirements of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on Chinese path to modernization,this paper explores the ways to realize Chinese modernization especially the modernization of people from three dimensions of China s population size,common prosperity and high-quality development,using the data of the last three national censuses(in 2000,2010 and 2020).This paper comprehensively analyses the combination effect of population and production factors and the size of urban population in order to achieve high-quality development and common prosperity from the three levels of production,distribution and life.In the future digital economy era,the mode of production organization would be flat and decentralized,and the population could be more concentrated in small and medium-sized cities such as counties.The result shows the idea of optimizing the regional distribution of population through improving the allocation of production factors and public services in the digital economy era,and reveals the realization path of Chinese path to modernization from the production side to optimize the combination of production factors to promote high-quality development and achieve common prosperity,as well as to improve the quality of people s lives.
