摘要
专业(群)产教匹配,是指一定时期内专业(群)在规模、结构与水平等方面与产业发展需求达成一致的状态或过程。从机理上讲,专业群产教匹配状态的形成和维持,有赖于产教之间供需关系、互动关系和共生关系的形成和发展。强化“校地联动”、确保“三业贯通”、携手“头部企业”,分别是解决产教之间规模、结构和水平匹配问题的策略。要使产教匹配工作始终处于有序高效状态,必须建立并实施专业预警、产教协同、多元治理等三个机制。
the match between industry and education for profession groups refers to the state or process in which the profession groups agrees with the industrial development needs in terms of scale,structure and level within a certain period of time.In terms of mechanism,the formation and continuation of this matching state depends on the formation and development of the supply-demand relationship,interactive relationship and symbiotic relationship between industry and education.Strengthening the linkage between the college and the local government,ensuring the connection among industry,profession and occupation,and working together with “leading enterprises” are the strategies to deal with the problem of scale,structure and level in the industry-education match.In order to keep the industry-education match in an orderly and efficient state,three mechanisms must be established,including professional early warning,cooperation between industry and education,and multiple governance.
