摘要
当下高校心理育人体系存在一个关键性的思路困境,即如何将心理健康教育融入思想政治教育。这种困境的产生其实源自中国高等教育的发端期,至今已有百余年的历史,其根源不在于心理咨询方法或心理健康技术的本土化不足,而在以心理健康的名义完成现代化国民的塑造这一宏大社会愿景背后的结构性紧张。在民国时期的心理学家对心理建设运动的热衷和把心理卫生融入“训育”体制的努力中,已可窥见当下心理育人工作之实践困境的早期镜像。从历史的视角反思这一困境,可为理解当下高校心理育人的实践困境增加一种“历史的共情”,进而思考中国高等教育的自有传统如何与其时代使命更好衔接,以及中国式现代化的新征程如何更有效地激发精神动力等宏大命题。
There is a critical dilemma in the current“psychological education system”among Chinese universities,that is,how to integrate mental health education into ideological and political education.The social origin of this dilemma originated from the initial period of China's higher education,which has a history of more than a hundred years.The crux does not lie in the inadequacy of the indigenization of psychological counseling techniques or mental health techniques,but in the structural tensions behind the grand social vision of creating modern citizens in the name of mental health.From the engagement of psychologists in the period of Republic of China(1912-1949)for the“Mind Construction Movement”and their efforts to integrate the mental hygiene movement into the disciplined practice adopted by the Nanjing National Government,we can see the early image of the current dilemma of the psychological education system.Reflecting on this dilemma from a historical perspective can enhance the sense of historical empathy for the current situation.Thus,we can further ponder over how the inner tradition of China's higher education can be better connected with the mission of the era,and how to stimulate spiritual motivation to facilitate Chinese-style modernization.
