摘要
弱视是儿童视觉发育期单眼或双眼视力低下的常见眼病之一,其发病率高,对儿童视力威胁大,临床上以屈光参差性及屈光不正性弱视为主。弱视主要由视觉剥夺或异常的双眼交互作用而引起,其视网膜及脉络膜无明显器质性病变。当前,随着检查仪器的发展、进步,可以客观地了解视网膜、脉络膜的微观结构性变化,且发现弱视眼与视力正常眼存在差异。本文主要就光学相干断层扫描血管成像技术对屈光参差性弱视患儿的视网膜及脉络膜的微循环变化进行综述。
Amblyopia is one of the common eye diseases in children with monocular or binocular vision during visual development.It has a high incidence and poses a great threat to children's vision.Amblyopia is mainly caused by visual deprivation or abnormal binocular interaction,and its retina and choroid have no obvious organic lesions.At present,with the development and progress of the inspection instrument,we can objectively understand the microscopic structural changes of the retina and choroid,and find that there are differences between amblyopic eyes and normal vision eyes.This article mainly reviews the changes of retinal and choroidal microcirculation in children with anisometropic amblyopia by optical coherence tomography angiography.
