摘要
八钢欧冶炉气化炉拱顶内衬因热振等原因,脱落面积达4m×5m,严重影响安全生产。为确保拱顶内衬修复一次成功,设计了专用的“L”形弯头喷枪及控制机构,并进行了炉外冷喷模拟试验,以确定喷涂实施方案。喷枪通过气化炉拱顶上部还原铁下降管口孔入炉,8h喷涂20t溶胶结合高密度喷涂料,喷涂层厚超过200mm。恢复正常生产后,气化炉内衬脱落部位的炉壳表层温度150℃,持续运行6个月。
The melt gasifier for Bayi Steel Corex furnace suffers 4m×5 m large dome lining peel-off,seriously affecting the safety production.For successful repair of the dome lining at one time,a special "L"-shaped gunning lance and its control mechanism are developed,and it undergoes a cold simulation test outside the gasifier to determine the gunning plan to be used.The gunning lance is inserted to the gasifier through the downcomer hole in the upper part of the gasifier dome to gun20t of sol bound high-density materials for 8 h with the thickness of the gunning materials exceeding 200 mm.After the normal production resumes,the surface temperature of the gasifier shell is 150 ℃ at the part where the lining peeled off before,and gasifier keeps on normal operation for 6 months.
