摘要
目的研究针对性营养护理对维持性血液透析患者的营养状态的应用效果,进一步加强对患者的病情管理,帮助患者维持身心健康。方法采取福建省泉州市第一医院城东分院2019年2月—2020年9月收治的100例维持性血液透析患者进行研究,按照随机分配法分为试验组和参照组,每组各50例。参照组患者实施常规护理,试验组患者实施针对性营养护理,观察两组患者的营养状态指标情况。结果护理后试验组患者的血清总蛋白以及血清清蛋白明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生情况比较差异较大,且试验组的发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且两组的护理满意度比较,试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最后,在SGA的评分上,干预后也保持了优势,即得分为(2.6±0.3)分,低于参照组的(3.9±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对维持性血液透析患者实施针对性营养护理能够有效改善患者的营养状态,提高患者的免疫力,降低不良反应的发生风险,提高护理质量,促进患者的身体恢复。
Objective To study the effect of targeted nutritional care on the nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A study was conducted on 100 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Chengdong Branch of Quanzhou First Hospital,Fujian from February 2019 to September 2020,and they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the random allocation method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were given routine care,and patients in the test group were given targeted nutritional care,and the nutritional status indicators of the two groups were observed.Results After the care,the serum total protein and serum albumin of the test group were obvious better than the reference group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was quite different,and the incidence of the test group was lower than that of the reference group,the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,the test group was higher than the reference group,and the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).Finally,in the SGA score,the postintervention advantage was also maintained.The score of(2.6±0.3)score was lower than the(3.9±0.8)score in the reference group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nutritional care of maintenance hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients,improve the immunity of patients,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,improve the quality of care,and promote the recovery of patients.
