饵料中添加辣蓼黄酮提取物对南美白对虾生长性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在探索饵料中添加辣蓼黄酮提取物对南美白对虾生长性能的影响。将600尾健康的南美白对虾随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾虾。对照组对虾饲喂基础饵料,各试验组分别在饵料中添加推荐剂量的1、3、5、10倍饲喂辣蓼黄酮提取物。试验期35 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,连续35 d按推荐剂量的1、3、5倍饲喂辣蓼黄酮提取物可极显著提高南美白对虾的体长、体重和增重率。与对照组相比,给药35 d,5倍剂量试验组对虾血液TG含量均极显著升高(P<0.01),3倍剂量组、5倍剂量组和10倍剂量组对虾血液AST活性极显著升高(P<0.01),1倍剂量组对虾血液BUN含量显著升高(P<0.05)。连续35 d按推荐剂量的1、3、5倍饲喂辣蓼黄酮提取物的南美白对虾血细胞颗粒细胞和半颗粒细胞的数量不同程度升高,肝胰腺组织结构完整,细胞形态清晰。研究表明,连续35 d饲喂辣蓼黄酮提取物可提高南美白对虾生长性能和机体免疫功能,且推荐剂量(4.0 g/kg)的5倍剂量范围内均具有良好的安全性。 The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of lavonoid extract of Polygonum hydropiper L. on the growth performance of Penaeus vannamei. Six hundred healthy prawn were randomly divided into five groups with three replicates per group and 40 prawn tails per replicate. The prawn in control group was fed the basic diet, and the experimental groups were fed the diet supplemented with 1, 3, 5, 10 times the recommended dosage of lavonoid extract of Polygonum hydropiper L., respectively. The experiment lasted for 35 d. The results showed that compared with control group, feeding lavonoid extract of Polygonum hydropiper L. at 1, 3 and 5 times the recommended dosage for 35consecutive days could significantly improve the body length, body weight and weight gain rate of Penaeus vannamei.Compared with control group, after 35 d of administration, blood TG content of prawn in 5 times dose group was extremely increased(P<0.01), blood AST activity of prawn in 3 time dose group, 5 time dose group and 10 time dose group was extremely increased(P<0.01), and blood BUN content of prawn in 1 time dose group was significantly increased(P<0.05). The quantity of granulosa cells and semigranulosa cells in the blood cells of Penaeus vannamei fed with 1, 3 and 5 times the recommended dosage of lavonoid extract of Polygonum hydropiper L. for 35 consecutive days increased to varying degrees, and the hepatopancreas were intact and the cell morphology was clear. The study indicates that feeding lavonoid extract of Polygonum hydropiper L.for 35 consecutive days could improve the growth performance and immune function of Penaeus vannamei, and had good safety within 5 times the recommended dose(4.0 g/kg).
