摘要
通过对河图洛书、古太极图及其关系的理论探索与挖掘,以及历代医家研究成果,借助古太极图及其动态太极图阴阳增减变化图,用类比方法,推出三环六气舌象布局图,推演出舌象药物运动轨迹图。建立以辨因论治为核心,其他辨治方式为辅助的诊疗体系,以三环六气舌象布局图为载体,以经络作为立足点,以药物归经为理论指导,以药物运动轨迹(方向)为指南,以舌象经络与药物运动相结合为切入点来遣方用药,可有效提高临床诊断与治疗水平。
Through the theoretical exploration and excavation of Hetu Luoshu,ancient Taiji diagram and their relationship,and previous research results,by using comparison way,through ancient Taiji diagram and its changes between yin and yang to get sanhuan liuoi diagram and deduce pictures of tongue medicine movement.Establish a diagnosis and treatment system with cause discrimination and treatment as the core and other treatment methods as the auxiliary,as sanhuan liuqi diagram as a carrier,taking meridians as foothold,guided by the theory of meridian tropism of medicine,taking the medicine motion track(direction)as a guide,taking the combination of tongue image,meridians and medicine movement as the break through point,and then to design prescription,it can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and treatment level and medicine effect.
