一种快速充电协议转换器的设计

摘要 移动终端仅在使用原装电源适配器与线缆的情况下才能达到最佳充电效果,设计了一种快速充电协议转换器,将多种充电方案进行集成,使不支持特定终端的电源适配器经转换后可以实现接近原装充电器的充电效果。转换器以Cortex-M内核单片机为主控制器,控制外部大功率DC-DC变换电路及输入输出充电协议控制器,并针对特定充电协议,采用单片机IO模拟时序的方式进行通信,对输出协议控制器进行补充,实现更加全面的兼容效果。实验结果表明,该设计方案具有转换效率高、支持功率大、支持双路协同工作的优点,可实现接近原装充电器充电效果的设计目标。 A lot of major mobile terminal manufacturers have launched rapid charging technology,but mobile terminals can achieve the best charging effect only by using the original power adapter and cable,and the quick charging function can't use other power adapters to achieve.Aiming to solve the problem,a converter of quick charge protocol is designed in this paper,which integrates a variety of charging schemes,so that the power adapter that does not support a specific terminal can realize the charging effect close to the original charger after conversion.The converter uses the Cortex-M core single chip microcomputer as the main controller to control the external high-power DC-DC conversion circuit and the input-output charging protocol controller.According to the specific charging protocol,the single chip microcomputer IO simulation timing is used to communicate and supplement the output protocol controller to achieve the maximum compatible effect.The experimental results show that this design has the advantages of high conversion efficiency,large supporting power and supporting two-way cooperative work,which can achieve the design goal close to the charging effect of the original charger.
