摘要
依托高水平医院建设分院区是推动优质医疗资源扩容和区域均衡布局的可行方式。分院区建设一次性投入大、长期成本高,如何建设分院区,需要管理者谨慎选择。文章基于武汉协和医院实践视角,介绍了“专科医院化、改制企业医院、建设平急结合医院”3种分院区建设模式,以及多院区协同管理经验体会,为公立医院发展建设分院区提供参考。
Relying on high-level hospitals to build branch districts is a feasible way to promote the expansion of high-quality medical resources and the balanced distribution of regions.The one-time investment in the construction of the branch area is large,and the long-term cost is high.Therefore,how to build the branch area requires the administrator to choose carefully.Based on the practical perspective of Wuhan Union Medical College Hospital,this article introduces three branch construction models of"specialized hospitalization,restructuring of enterprise hospitals,and construction of combined emergency and emergency hospitals",as well as the experience of collaborative management of multiple hospital districts,providing reference for the development and construction of public hospitals'branch districts.
