摘要 眼部新生血管几乎可以影响眼睛的所有组织:角膜、虹膜、视网膜和脉络膜。病理性新生血管是一些常见眼病如糖尿病性视网膜病变、早产儿视网膜病变致盲的根本原因,但至今病理性新生血管的发病机制尚未充分阐明。PI3K/AKT是一条经典的信号通路,参与增殖、分化、凋亡和葡萄糖转运等多种细胞功能的调节,近年来的研究发现PI3K/AKT通路在多种眼部病理性新生血管疾病的发生发展中发挥重要作用,针对眼部新生血管病理生理机制的研究及可能相关的靶点治疗,也许是未来新生血管性眼病治疗的一个重要发展方向。 Neovascularization in the eye can affect almost all tissues of the eye:cornea,iris,retina and choroid.Pathological neovascularization is the root cause of blindness caused by some common eye diseases such as diabetic retinopathy and retinopathy of prematurity,but the pathogenesis of pathological neovascularization has not been fully elucidated so far.PI3K/AKT is a classical signal pathway,which participates in the regulation of many cellular functions,such as proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and glucose transport.In recent years,it has been found that PI3K/AKT pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various ocular pathological neovascularization diseases.The study on the physiological mechanism of ocular neovascularization and the possible target therapy may be an important development direction in the treatment of neovascular ophthalmopathy in the future.
