摘要
文章利用内容分析法分析我国“一带一路”科研人员对经管类信息资源的需求,通过人工标引,从引用资源的类型、来源、主题范围、国别区域等方面分析我国科研人员的资源利用行为,总结其“一带一路”经管类信息资源需求的特点,进而提出“一带一路”经管类资源建设策略:精细化采集与管理统计数据,注重对学术型专业数据库的采集,关注宏观层面的热点经济专题,多主体合作共建沿线多国经济信息资源。
By using content analysis method, this paper analyzes the demand of Chinese researchers who take "One Belt One Road" as the research center for economic management information resources. Through manual coding, this paper makes an analysis of Chinese researchers’ utilization behavior from the types, sources, subject scope, countries and regions of cited resources, and summarizes the characteristics of their demand for economic management information resources of "One Belt One Road". Then it proposes construction strategies for economic management resources of "One Belt One Road" : refining the collection and management of statistical data, focusing on the collection of academic professional databases, paying attention to hot economic topics at the macro level, and multi-part cooperation to build multi-country economic information resources.
