摘要
为提高高蛋白特医乳液产品的稳定性,在保持进料温度(45℃)条件下,对乳液进行不同次数(1、2、3、4次)和不同压力(300 Bar、400 Bar、500 Bar)处理,考察均质对乳液终产品的粒度分布和ζ-电位的影响。结果表明,400 Bar压力均质3次,产品粒径最小,粒径分布均一,ζ-电位达到最大。
To improve the stability of high protein specialty medical emulsion products,the emulsions were treated with different times(1,2,3 and 4 times)and different pressures(300 Bar,400 Bar and 500 Bar)under the condition of maintaining the feed temperature(45℃)to investigate the effects of homogenization on the particle size distribution andζ-potential of the final emulsion products.The results show that when the 400 Bar pressure is homogenized for 3 times,the particle size of the product is the smallest,the particle size distribution is the most uniform,and theζ-potential is the largest.
