基于UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术的竹叶花椒果皮中黄酮类成分分析 被引量:5

摘要 为鉴别竹叶花椒果皮中黄酮类物质的化学成分、提升其综合应用价值,采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术进行测试,根据其提供的保留时间、质谱特征碎片离子信息,结合数据库和文献进行分析,再进行对照品比对分析。结果表明,在该方法下共分析鉴定出10种黄酮类物质,分别为表儿茶素、阿福豆苷、金丝桃苷、芦丁、紫云英苷、槲皮苷、异鼠李素-3-O-葡萄糖苷、异鼠李素、槲皮素和山奈酚。采用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS可快速、有效地分析竹叶花椒果皮中黄酮类物质的化学成分,为竹叶花椒黄酮提取及生物医药提供科学参考。 In order to identify the chemical components of flavonoids in the peel of Zanthoxylum armatum DC,and to improve its comprehensive application value,the ultra-high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)technology was used for testing,and the analysis was carried out in combination with databases and literature according to the retention time and mass spectral characteristic fragment ion information provided by it.Then,carry out the comparative analysis of the reference substance.The results showed that ten kinds of flavonoids were identified and inferred under this method,which were epicatechin,afzelin,hyperoside,rutin,astragaline,quercetin-3-rhamnoside,isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside,isorhamnetin,quercetin and kaempferol.Using UPLC-Q-TOF-MS could quickly and effectively analyze the chemical composition of flavonoids from Zanthoxylum armatum DC,providing scientific references for the extraction of flavonoids from Zanthoxylum armatum DC and biomedicine.
