摘要
目的 观察妊娠期糖尿病接受妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗的疗效。方法 选取2019年6月—2022年6月漳州市第三医院诊治的妊娠期糖尿病患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其分成对比组和研讨组,各50例。对比组开展常规化治疗,研讨组实施妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗。比较两组治疗前后的脂联素、瘦素、血糖水平,并发症及妊娠结局。结果 研讨组治疗后脂联素高于对比组,瘦素低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.288,8.617,P<0.001);研讨组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖值较对比组低,差异有统计学意义(t=18.675,5.659,P<0.001);研讨组的产后感染率、羊水过多、妊高症、早产率、剖宫产率均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891、4.000、5.005、4.332、5.740,P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病规范化治疗能显著降低妊娠期糖尿病不良妊娠结局发生率,与常规化治疗相比,在改善患者脂联素及瘦素指标、降低血糖方面的应用效果更优,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the efficacy of gestational diabetes mellitus receiving standardized treatment of ges⁃tational diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients treated in Zhangzhou Third Hos⁃pital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected.They were divided into a comparison group and a study group ac⁃cording to the random number table method.In the comparison group underwent conventional treatment,and in the study group underwent standardized treatment of gestational diabetes.The lipocalin,leptin indexes,blood glucose of before and after treatment,complications and pregnancy outcome in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,lipocalin in the study group was higher than that in the comparison group,and leptin index was lower than that in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.288,8.617,P<0.001).After treatment,fasting glucose and 2 h postprandial glucose values were lower in the study group than in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.675,5.659,P<0.001).The rates of postpartum infection,amniotic fluid ex⁃cess,hyperemesis,preterm delivery,and cesarean delivery were lower in the study group than those in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.891,4.000,5.005,4.332,5.740,P<0.05).Conclusion Stan⁃dardized treatment of gestational diabetes significantly reduces the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in gesta⁃tional diabetes,and has a superior application in improving patients'lipocalin and leptin indices and lowering blood glucose compared with conventional treatment,which is worth learning from.
