摘要
目的论将优质护理应用在高血压脑出血患者康复护理当中所发挥的作用。方法对2019年1月至2020年12月来我院治疗的98例高血压脑出血患者通过抽签(奇偶数)方法分为观察组(49例)与对照组(49例)。康复护理中为对照组患者提供常规护理,而观察组实施优质护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果①护理后3个月进行评估,观察组的康复有效率明显高于对照组(93.88%vs.73.47%)。②护理之前,两组患者在NIHSS、GCS、ADL评分方面均无明显差异,护理3个月后,观察组患者的NIHSS、GCS、ADL评分改善都比对照组更好。③观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(10.20%vs.32.65%)。结论在对高血压脑出血患者进行康复护理的时候将优质护理应用其中能够提高患者的康复有效率,改善神经功能和意识情况,提高生活质量,降低并发症的损害。
Objective Applies the role of high-quality nursing in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,98 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)by drawing lots(odd even number).In rehabilitation nursing,patients in the control group were provided with routine nursing,and the observation group was implemented with high-quality nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results(1)The rehabilitation effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(93.88%vs.73.47%)after 3 months of nursing.(2)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in NIHSS,GCS and ADL scores between the two groups.After 3 months of nursing,the improvement of NIHSS,GCS and ADL scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group.(3)The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(10.20%vs.32.65%).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can improve the rehabilitation efficiency of patients,improve the neurological function and consciousness,improve quality of life,reduce the damage of complications.
