摘要
基于2004-2020年京津冀地区13个城市的面板数据,实证检验了京津冀地区产业结构转型对城乡居民收入差距的作用效果。结果显示:京津冀地区产业结构转型显著影响城乡居民收入差距,即产业结构合理化会扩大城乡居民收入差距,而产业结构高度化有利于缩小城乡居民收入差距;京津冀地区产业结构高度化的空间外溢效果明显,可缓解本地和邻近地区的城乡居民收入差距;京津冀一体化会影响产业结构转型与城乡居民收入差距的作用效果,其中商品市场一体化的增强作用强于公共服务一体化。因此,京津冀地区应加快产业结构转型升级、完善区域一体化战略实施,这对于缩小城乡居民收入差距具有重要意义。
Based on the panel data of 13 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2004 to 2020,this paper empirically tests the effect of industrial structure transformation on urban-rural residents income gap in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The results show that the industrial structure transformation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region significantly affects the urban-rural income gap.The rationalization of industrial structure can widen the income gap between urban and rural residents,while the upgrading of industrial structure can help narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents.The spatial spillover effect of the industrial structure upgrading in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is obvious,which can alleviate the income gap between urban and rural residents in the local and neighboring areas.The integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region affects the transformation of industrial structure and the income distribution gap between urban and rural areas,among which the strengthening effect of the integration of commodity market is stronger than the integration of public services.Therefore,it is of great significance for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and improve the implementation of regional integration strategy to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents.
