摘要
铁路综合视频监控系统在我国高速铁路运输指挥、生产作业、运营管理、治安维护等领域的应用逐渐扩大,已成为铁路安全生产、提高效率、加强管理的关键科技保障。随着视频监控技术的不断发展,铁路综合视频监控系统相关技术规范也在不断完善及优化。介绍铁路综合视频监控系统技术规范的发展演变过程,对Q/CR 575—2017和Q/CR 575—2022两版技术规范进行比较,重点论述新版本在系统架构、功能、性能、接口、设备、网络、安全等方面的变化。
The railway integrated video surveillance system has been gradually applied in the fields of HSR traffic control,production operation,operation management and public security in China and has become a key scientific and technological guarantee for railway safety,efficiency improvement and management strengthening.With the development of video surveillance technology,relevant technical specifications are also being improved and optimized.This paper describes the development and evolution of the technical specifications of railway integrated video surveillance system,compares the technical specifications of Q/CR 575—2017 and Q/CR 575—2022,and focuses on the changes of the new version in terms of system architecture,function,performance,interface,equipment,network,security and other aspects.
