摘要
医学教育不仅是讲授医学专业的理论知识和基本技能,培养医学生疾病诊治的能力,更要培养“敬佑生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆”的医务工作者。在新时代的教育背景下,全面推进课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。文章从一线临床医生兼教师的视角,以妇产科学课程思政构建为切入点,从医学课程思政的目的和意义、妇产科学课程思政的具体实施、妇产科学思政元素选择与融入等3个方面展开论述。医学课程思政目的在于塑造正确的价值导向,将思政教育贯穿和渗透在教学课程和教学活动中。课程思政可通过多种途径、多种方式有机地融合到妇产科学的教学大纲里,应遵循“六性”原则:兼顾专业性和科学性,贯通历史性和前沿性,突出实用性和社会性。可从历史及沿革、热点、名人、身边人和身边事、真实病例等5个方面选择思政元素。专业课程树人,思政课程立德,同向同行,培养“德智体美劳”全面发展的新时代医学生。
Medical education is not only to teach the theoretical knowledge and basic skills of medical specialty,but also to cultivate the ability of medical students to diagnose and treat diseases.More importantly,it is necessary to cultivate medical workers who"respect and protect life,save the dying and wounded,be willing to dedication,and love without frontiers".Under the background of education in the new era,comprehensively promoting the construction of ideological and political education in the curriculum is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of moral education.From the perspective of front-line clinicians and teachers,this article takes the construction of ideological and political education in obstetrics and gynecology as the breakthrough point,and discusses three aspects:the purpose and significance of ideological and political education in medical curriculum,the specific implementation of ideological and political education in obstetrics and gynecology curriculum,and the selection and integration of ideological and political elements in obstetrics and gynecology.The aim of ideological and political education in medical curriculum is to shape the correct value orientation,and to penetrate ideological and political education into the teaching curriculum and teaching activities.Ideological and political education can be integrated into the teaching syllabus of obstetrics and gynecology through a variety of ways,which should follow the principle of"six characteristics":giving consideration to professionalism and scientific nature,penetrating history and frontier,highlighting practicality and society.The ideological and political elements can be selected from five aspects:history and evolution,hot spots,celebrities,people and events around them,and real cases.Professional courses cultivate talents,ideological and political courses cultivate moral,and work together to cultivate medical students in the new era who are"moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor".
