摘要
食品安全关乎着国计民生,而微生物是导致人类疾病发生的主要原因之一,因此当代食品安全受到了越来越广泛的关注,亟需针对食品微生物开展全面有效的检测工作。并以此为基础,将聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术应用于其中,因为该技术具有快速、灵敏且操作简捷的优势,不仅检测效率较高,并且准确性良好。为了有效应用PCR技术,并提升食品微生物检测工作效果,本文主要针对PCR及其在食品微生物检测中的运用策略进行分析,以供参考。
Food safety is an important issue related to the national economy and people’ s livelihood.Microorganism is one of the main causes of human diseases.Contemporary food safety has received more and more attention,and it is necessary to carry out comprehensive and effective detection work for food microorganism.Based on this,the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technology was applied in it.Because this technology has the advantages of fast,sensitive and simple operation,it not only has high detection efficiency,but also good accuracy.In order to effectively apply PCR technology and improve the effect of food microbiological detection,this paper mainly analyzes PCR and its application strategies in food microbiological detection for reference.
