大型筒仓结构模架及浇筑施工技术

摘要 大型筒仓结构施工时,通常会遇到筒仓尺寸大、筒仓外壁呈弧形,墙体厚度、高度大,穹顶直径大、跨度大等特点,进而在测量定位、施工精度、外墙及穹顶模架选择、混凝土浇筑等方面对施工提出新的挑战。提出一种新型模板组合体系、穹顶模架体系,模架体系安装技术及其现浇混凝土施工技术,同时利用有限元建模,模架及穹顶混凝土浇筑过程中的应力分析,并配备信息化监测设备保障模架在浇筑过程中安全及准确性。大型筒仓结构工程的模架选择与施工为今后提供参考。 During the construction of large silo structures,it is usually encountered that the silo is large in size,the outer wall of the silo is arc-shaped,the wall thickness and height are large,the dome diameter is large,and the span is large,thus posing new challenges to the construction in terms of measurement and positioning,construction accuracy,selection of outer wall and dome formwork,and concrete pouring.A new type of formwork combination system,dome formwork system,formwork system installation technology and cast-in-situ concrete construction technology are proposed.At the same time,finite element modeling is used to analyze the stress of formwork and dome concrete during pouring,and information monitoring equipment is equipped to ensure the safety and accuracy of formwork during pouring.The selection and construction of formwork for large silo structural engineering will provide reference for the future.
