摘要
目的探讨脉冲射频治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的效果。方法选择90例椎间盘源性腰痛的患者为研究样本,样本收集时间为2019年8月—2021年12月,所有患者均接受脉冲射频治疗,分析治疗前后患者疼痛程度以及功能障碍等情况。结果治疗后第6个月,患者的疼痛数字评价量表评分(numeric rating scales,NRS)明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。RolandMorris功能障碍调查表(Roland-Morris disability questionnaire,RMDQ)评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);功能障碍缓解,生活质量明显改善。治疗后患者的血清炎性因子水平明显降低,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎间盘源性腰痛的患者接受脉冲射频治疗效果理想,其可以明显缓解患者相关临床症状,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of pulse radiofrequency in the treatment of discogenic low back pain.Methods A total of 90 patients with discogenic low back pain were enrolled from August 2019 to December 2021.All patients received pulsed radiofrequency therapy,and pain degree and dysfunction were analyzed before and after treatment.Results At the 6th month after treatment,the NRS score was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),the CRMDQ function score was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),the dysfunction was relieved,and the quality of life was significantly improved;After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulse radiofrequency therapy has an ideal effect on patients with discogenic low back pain,which can significantly relieve the relevant clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
