摘要
[目的]探讨中国青年流动人口健康档案建立的现状及相关影响因素。[方法]采集2017年中国流动人口卫生计生动态监测数据中15~35岁83,242名流动人口相关资料。采用χ2检验和非条件二元Logistic分析中国青年流动人口健康档案建立情况及其影响因素。[结果]83,242名中国青年流动人口中,27,811人建立健康档案,建档率为33.4%。二元Logistic回归分析结果表明:在婚、初中及以上学历、家庭平均月收入为5000~9999元、自评健康、省内流动、流动时间>1年、流动因素为社会因素、有定居意愿、办理暂住证、就业身份为雇主、机关事业单位、每周工作小时≤55小时、参与社会及公共事务活动、参保医疗保险、接受过健康教育的青年流动人口更倾向于建立健康档案(P<0.05)。[结论]中国青年流动人口健康档案建档率相对较低。相关部门和社会各界应采取必要的措施提高青年流动人口基本公共卫生服务可获得性和均等性,保障青年流动人口健康。
Objective This study is to discuss the current situation and related influencing factors of establishing health records among young migrants in China.Methods The information of 83,242 migrants aged 15-35 years old was collected based on 2017 China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS). Chi-square test and unconditional logistic regression were used to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of establishing health records among young migrants in China.Results 27,811 migrants had health records among 83,242 young Chinese migrants, and the rate of health records was 33.4%. The results of binomial logistic regression analysis showed that young migrants who were following cases were inclined to have health records(P<0.05):being married, receiving junior high school or above education, average monthly household income between RMB 5000 and 9999,self-rated health, mobile within the province, having been mobile for >1 year, social factors involved in mobility, having the intention to settle down, having a temporary residence permit, being an employer, working at government departments and public institutions, working hours ≤55 hours per week, participating in social activities and public affairs, having health insurance, receiving health education.Conclusions The rate of health records among young migrants in China is relatively low. Relevant departments should take necessary measures to improve the accessibility and equality of basic public health services。
