摘要
随着“健康中国2030”战略的提出,构建“体医结合”健康养老模式,是目前整个社会必须探索的重要课题。通过“体医结合”健康养老理论模式研究,解决各具体内容之间的深度融合问题,处理好各项目之间的整体性、系统性的理论模式构建问题,能够为后续实证与机制研究提供参考。该文以健康中国战略下的“体医结合”健康养老理论模式为研究对象,以相关的战略、规划等政策文本为理论研究对象。以“中医推拿—医疗体育—养生健康—健身指导”为核心内容,整合“医学院校—养老医院—城市社区—养老机构”优质资源,发挥教师、医师、医学生的专业能力,以及社区、机构养老工作人员的服务能力,共同提升老年人生活质量。在“体医结合”健康养老模式的建构思路上,探寻“实施方案—内容选择—学时安排—时间分配—过程监督—管理评价”的流程化管理模式,可为健康中国和谐社会的创建提供可行性借鉴。
With the proposal of the"Healthy China 2030"strategy,it is an important topic that the whole society must explore to build a"combination of sports and medicine"healthy pension model.Through the research of the theoretical model of"combination of sports and medicine"healthy pension,the deep integration of various specific contents is solved,and the construction of the overall and systematic theoretical model among various projects is well handled,so as to provide reference for the follow-up empirical research and mechanism research.Taking the theoretical model of"combination of sports and medicine"healthy pension under the Healthy China strategy as the research object,taking the relevant policy texts such as"strategy and planning"as the theoretical research object,and taking"traditional Chinese medical massage—medical sports—health care—fitness guidance"as the core content,this paper integrates the high-quality resources of"medical colleges—nursing hospitals—urban communities—nursing institutions",gives full play to the professional abilities of teachers,doctors and medical students and the service ability of elderly care workers in communities and institutions,so as to jointly improve the life quality of the elderly.Based on the construction idea of the"combination of sports and medicine"healthy pension mode,the process management of"implementation plan—content selection—class hour arrangement—time allocation—process supervision—management evaluation"is explored,which can provide a feasible reference for the establishment of a harmonious society in healthy China.
