摘要
独一味是唇形科独一味属濒危植物,主要分布在甘肃、四川、青海、西藏等高海拔地区,用药历史悠久。关于独一味化学成分的分离鉴定研究较多,该药的化学成分复杂,主要成分是环烯醚萜类,包括独一味A、独一味C、山栀苷甲酯、番木鳖苷等。独一味具有镇痛、抗炎、止血、润肠通便等广泛的药理作用,且较为显著的活性成分为总环烯醚萜苷。总环烯醚萜苷能减少醋酸引起的小鼠疼痛的扭体次数和福尔马林引起的第二阶段疼痛的舔足次数,其镇痛作用机理和阿司匹林等非甾体药的机理类似,可缩短凝血时间和出血时间,增加排便次数。而独一味大部分依赖野生资源,使药材的可持续性严重受阻。为了避免资源的枯竭,应重视独一味的种植栽培和可持续发展。本文对独一味环烯醚萜类具体的化学成分、药理作用、质量控制等进行综述,为该药进一步研究开发和合理利用提供参考。
Lamiophlomis rotata is an endangered plant of the Lamiaceae family,mainly distributed in high-altitude areas such as Gansu,Sichuan,Qinghai,Tibet,etc.,and has a long history of medicinal use.There are many studies on the separation and identification of unique flavor chemical components.It is found that the chemical composition of the drug is complex,and the main chemical components are cyclic ether terpenes,including unique flavor A,unique flavor C,geniin methyl ester,carboside,etc..It has a wide range of pharmacological effects such as analgesic,anti-inflammatory,hemostatic,laxative,etc.,and the more significant active ingredient is total cyclic etherterpene glycosides.Total cyclic ether terpene glycosides can reduce the number of twisting times of pain in mice caused by acetic acid and the number of foot licks for the second stage of pain caused by formalin,and its analgesic mechanism is similar to that of non-steroidal drugs such as aspirin.Its mechanism may be shortening clotting and bleeding time,and increasing the frequency of bowel movements.In order to avoid the depletion of resources,we should pay attention to the cultivation and sustainable development of unique flavors.The specific chemical composition,pharmacological effects,and quality control of monocyclic ether terpenes were reviewed to provide reference for further research and development and rational utilization of the drug.
