紧急气管插管模拟教学在麻醉专业研究生培养中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨模拟教学在麻醉专业研究生紧急气管插管培训中的效果。方法:将2016年6月至2020年6月期间36名麻醉专业研究生随机分为对照组和实验组。比较两组学生理论考核成绩及操作相关内容。结果:两组研究生经培训后理论成绩均明显提高,且实验组提高更为显著(P<0.05);在实践操作中,实验组研究生在一次插管成功率、插管并发症及综合评分方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:模拟教学培训可提供标准化、规范化的培训过程,提高学习效率,在提升麻醉专业研究生理论、技能水平上发挥着重要作用。 Objective: To explore the effect of simulation teaching in emergency endotracheal intubation training for graduate students majoring in anesthesia. Methods: A total of 36 graduate students who rotate in the department of anesthesiology from June 2016 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The theoretical assessment results and operation related contents were compared between the two groups. Results: The theoretical results of the two groups were significantly improved after training, and the improvement was more significant in the experimental group(P<0.05). In practice, the success rate, intubation complications and comprehensive score of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Simulation teaching can provide standardized training process and improve the learning efficiency for anesthesia graduate students, which play an important role in improving the professional theory and skill level.
