摘要
肾小球滤过率(GFR)是评估肾功能的最佳指标,也是慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)的分期依据。因此,正确适宜的GFR评估方法尤为重要。公式法是目前临床较为常用的评估方式,其操作简便、价格实惠,适用群体广泛。由于不同公式开发时依据的肾损伤标志物不同,导致其受不同检测方法和非肾脏因素的影响,因此根据公式特点细化人群,个性化选择估算公式是当下最理想的肾功能评价方法。本综述整理和分析肾功能评估公式在不同人群的适用性,以期为临床诊疗防控提供参考。
Glomerular filtration rate(GFR) is the best index to evaluate renal function and the staging basis of chronic kidney disease(CKD). Therefore, the correct and appropriate GFR evaluation method is particularly important. The formula method is a commonly used evaluation method in clinical practice. It is simple to operate, affordable, and suitable for a wide range of groups. As different formulas are developed based on different renal injury markers, they are affected by different detection methods and non-renal factors. Therefore, refining the population according to the characteristics of the formula and personalized selection of the estimation formula are the most ideal renal function evaluation methods. This review summarizes and analyzes the applicability of renal function evaluation formulas in different populations, in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
