摘要
目的探讨酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合双面蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果及对β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2022年1月我院收治的96例高胆红素血症新生儿作为研究对象,以数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用双面蓝光治疗,观察组采用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合双面蓝光治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的IgG、IgA、IgM水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的新生儿神经行为评定法(NBNA)评分及β2-MG、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(γ-GT)、25-羟基维生素D3[25-(OH)-D3]、乳酸脱羟酶(LDH)、胱抑素C(CysC)水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的NBNA评分及25-(OH)-D3水平高于对照组,β2-MG、γ-GT、LDH、CysC水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合双面蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症效果显著,能进一步改善患儿免疫、神经功能,降低不良反应总发生率,也能调节β2-MG等血清相关因子表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium powders, live combined with double-sided blue light in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and its influence on β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) level. Methods A total of 96 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. The neonates were divided into control group and observation group by digital table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with double-sided blue light, and the observation group was treated with combined Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium powders, live combined with double-sided blue light. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG), immunoglobulin A(IgA) and immunoglobulin M(IgM)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA) score and levels of β2-MG, γ-glutamyltransferase(γ-GT), 25-hydroxy vitamin D3[25-(OH)-D3],lactate dehydroxylase(LDH) and cystatin C(CysC) between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the NBNA score and25-(OH)-D3level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the levels of β2-MG, γ-GT, LDH and CysC were lower than those of the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion Combined Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium powders, live combined with double-sided blue light in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia has significant effect, which further improve the immune and neurological function of children, reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions, and regulate the expression of serum related factors such as β2-MG.
