高职院校技术技能创新服务平台建设现状与提升路径——基于197所“双高计划”建设单位中期建设成效的分析 被引量:7

摘要 打造技术技能创新服务平台既是满足国家战略、产业转型升级和企业发展的需求,也是高职院校主动适应当前中国经济转型升级,提升职业教育及其人才培养竞争力,从而切实增强职业教育吸引力的需要。通过对197所“双高计划”院校中期绩效自评报告的统计分析和比较,发现“双高计划”建设单位打造的技术技能创新服务平台在应用研究、技术服务和人才培养方面均取得了一定成效,但同时也面临区域发展不平衡、原始创新能力不足、技术服务能力不够和平台育人功能未完全发挥的问题,未来推动“双高计划”院校建设应从关照弱势区域、加强队伍建设、找准服务定位、系统设计平台等方面进行。 Creating technical skill innovation service platforms can meet the needs of national strategies,industrial transformation and upgrading,and enterprise development.In addition,it also is a requirement for vocational colleges to actively adapt to the current economic transformation and upgrading,improving the competitiveness and attractiveness of vocational education.By analyzing the mid-term performance self-evaluation reports of 197 high-level higher vocational education institutions,it finds that their technical skill innovation service platforms have achieved certain results in application research,technical service,and personnel training.However,they also have some problems.For example,regional development is imbalanced,the ability of original innovation and technical service is insufficient,and the education function of the platform has not been fully played.In the future,these colleges should pay more attention to those disadvantaged areas,strengthen team construction,identify service positioning,and design the system platform.
